I am a vermont native and a graduate of Champlain College with a passion for real estate financing. I have worked at several area banks and have owned my own mortgage company.

My clients are not just names on a file. They are real people that I work with to build lasting relationships. I listen to them to find out their financial needs and work for them to meet those needs.  I guide them through what can be a complex difficult process. My experience and knowledge helps make this process easy for them.

My paramount goal is customer service. I pride myself on always being available to my customers. I want them to feel comfortable calling me with any questions they have. This is usually the largest purchase they will ever make. I want them confident in the decision they are making and feel good about it.

I work with several real estate professionals to assist our customers. The professionals I associate with share the same characteristics I pride myself on. They are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

I believe that relationships are a two-way street. I offer my business associates referral and networking opportunities. I also offer my experience and skill to their customers. I look for partners that will do the same for me and my customers.

I have several ways that I market myself and develop customers. This customer development and marketing allows me many opportunities for recommendations that I pass along to my affiliate partners. By passing on these recommendations I am building confidence with them. This in turn builds confidence in their recommending customers to me.  

I believe that networking in this way is the most effective way and best for the most important person in the process: our customer.
