Hello ya all out there, My name is Sam Casuncad and I am a freelance individual real estate agent trying hard as I have not sold anything yet but plans to sometime this year. I want to have my own house and lot near the falls or somewhere near nature's best. I love talking to people and I love selling and the art of convincing them with my sale. Although I find it hard to get their interest I believe that people sometimes needs some pretty good convincing power before you can make them  go for what you are selling them.

I am good at internet marketing with the use of websites and blogs and social media marketing so that makes me a little bit ahead over the other real estate agents. i also know how to promote my business in the internet with the use of marketing ideas not known to some freelance agents like me.
