I guess the best compliment I received from a client was when  my buyers  asked if they were the only ones I was working with.  I said no, I was working with several clients.  They replied that I return calls so promptly they thought they were the only ones.  That felt great!

I am a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR, (Accredited Buyers Specialist), and a GRI, (Graduate Realtors Institute), and I have my brokers license.   I am also working on my e-Pro designation.

I pay close attention to details and I get things done promptly.  I think everything should be done right the first time!  This is a must in real estate, we are always having to meet deadlines!

My husband has been a building contractor for over 40 years and I am very familiar with home construction.  I work with several builders and I can relate to them very well.  Material and labor costs have caused the price of new homes to soar! The price of gas, hurricanes and rising bank interest add to that cost.

I list homes in all price ranges, and I treat each seller the same!  Everyone's home is their castle and everyone wants to be treated fairly.

My buyers and sellers are very important to me.  I treat people as I would want to be treated, this is how I have based my business form the start and I have a very successful business.
