I appreciated the service that you provided. I thought that you were very honest and upfront about the entire loan process. You even took extra time to make sure I understood the figures on all of the documents, not just assuming I should know.
You presented real numbers when it came to the "possible" interest rate that I might get under the NO DOC loan program; then went out and searched to make sure I could get the best rate instead of settling for what rate was first shared. I appreciate the hard work you put in and I share that with those that I come in contact with often.
