I have been a resident of the Fayetteville area since 1973. I have a B.S. Degree from Fayetteville State University and two children that attend the Cumberland County School System. I obtained my Salesmans License in 1995 and my Brokers License in 1996. Also, in 1996 I set myself apart from other REALTORS by obtaining the GRI designation. The GRI is a nationally recognized professional designation. The curriculum and standard are governed by the National Association of REALTORS, the nation's largest Trade Association with a membership of over One Million. On a national level only 19% of the REALTORS hold this prestigious designation.
