History of AmeriCapital

In September 1997, AmeriCapital Funding Corp. began as a full-line mortgage company. Philip L. King, Mark R. Boackle and several other seasoned veterans of the mortgage industry created a thriving mortgage entity located in Birmingham, Alabama. These employees' combined experience exceeds 100 years. We have branches in Alabama and Florida.

Since then, AmeriCapital has continued to be a growing force in the Alabama and Florida mortgage markets. Their slow credit programs rival most. Their conventional rates give AmeriCapital a competitive edge throughout the Southeast.

AmeriCapital has their own closing and underwriting departments, which gives them the control needed to have timely closings.
