Most of my experience has been helping first time home buyers with finding their dream home. Gulf Properties is also affiliated with Hallmark Mortgage, so I can help first time buyers with one stop shopping. I like to build a book with properties for the first time buyer to take with them on the house showing appointment. I have found that this helps them not feel overwhelmed. I have also been working for a developer/ construction company for the past year. Our brick homes are high end houses with luxuries such as hardwood floors, crown molding, ceramic tile, granite, and much more. I was featured on WLOX news with the Talking House marketing that I have in February 2007.  The Talking House is a marketing program that gets homes sold FAST.
