Im currently taking a Real-Estate class as I said earlier. Ive already taken a Principles class, an Appriasers class, and a Real Estate Financing class. I cant really say that these are my areas of expertise because I really havent exposed my self to the real world of Real Estate, but give me some time and I'll have this section filled and completed! :)
