I'm a third generation Amador County Realtor covering all of Amador County and parts of the surrounding foothill and central valley markets.

My family background, as well as over five years as a professional in the field, have given me experience in all aspects of real estate.  I work closely with a foreclosure specialist who has over 30 years experience working with banks on REOs and Short Sales.  Additionally, I am a Loss Mitigation Consultant and work closely with lenders and homeowners in an attempt to help reduce the number of foreclosures - and keep homeowners in their homes.  I also enjoy helping people find their first home.  We have a great team of local lenders and I have experience working with local grant programs (down payment assistance or "silent 2nd" loans) and other first-time homebuyer programs.
