Prior to beginning my real estate career, I worked 30+ years in higher education finance. I had the opportunity to implement and manage numerous student financial aid programs and computer systems. | I have previously bought and sold 14 homes. Ron's knowledge, understanding of the market, and overall skill set as a Realtor, was by far the BEST experience I have ever had in any real estate transaction! This purchase was complicated due to a number issues, however Ron's took each issue and very professionally resolved each one. Ron and Debbie are the most incredible Team, they compliment each other so well. Her skills in doing the " back office" work kept Ron and very busy in looking at many different homes that she understood as well as Ron, exactly what I was searching for. We did not waste time looking at properties, that in my past experiences, did not meet my criteria, how refreshing! I must comment on the Integrity, that both Ron and Debbie have. With all my past experience, I felt that I had a good knowledge base in purchasing a home, but they were instrumental in helping me avoid some pitfalls, that I am so grateful for. | Ron listed our house for us. We had lots of traffic and in a little over a week had several good offers. They provided "booties" for the buyers to wear in order to protect our new carpet and flooring which we very much appreciated. Both of them worked hard to get exposure for our home and also to find us suitable offers. In fact, Ron Duvall helped us to change our thinking about realtors in general. Ron is definitely not the normal real estate agent. He and his wife Debbie really care about their clients and work tirelessly to please them and look out for their best interests. We have recommended them to our friends and would definitely use them again. |
