I've truly enjoy working as a Realtor in the Madison County area here in North Alabama, from Jackson County all the way to Limestone.  I am accused of having of enthusiasm, at which I do not deny. 

I love meeting new people and most of all, helping them in their desire to own a home of their own.  Knowing that I've helped someones move be a little less stressful, perhaps the family is moving across country, and the children are leaving friends.  Or the wife is trying to put a courageous foot forward in following her husbands job transfer.  You get the picture, I have an appreciation for knowing I've made if only a small difference in  someones lives. 

When our contract ended with our first realtor, we received a call from Angie asking if she could represent us.  She had been involved in 3 recent sales close to the area where our home was for sale so we were hoping  was a good sign.  IT WAS!!! We signed a contract with Angie and two weeks later we had a buyer for our former home.  After a year of trying to sell that house it was a blessing.    Angie was never too busy to answer any of our questions.  She always returned our calls promptly.  After dealing with our first realtor, it was a breath of fresh air to be treated this way.   The negotiations went so smoothly, and with Angie's advice and help we feel we got the best deal we could for our older home.  She was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend her.
