Thanks for everything you did to help my parents find the home they wanted!  We are very excited to be moving in this Saturday. I'm sure we'll be coming back to you in a few years when it's our turn!   I thought it was great that you really tried to find out exactly what my parents were looking for and then you narrowed the search to meet their needs.  You were more interested in helping them find what they needed rather than just selling a house that your company was listing.  Not only are you very honest, but you were also very professional in everything you did. Thanks again for going above & beyond!  You're a great agent and I will definitely be referring people to you!

I asked Jackie Kyles to help me find a home about 2 years ago. I had some very specific needs when it came to the home. Basically, I was one of "those" clients you hate to see coming. Jackie took on the challenge and did not give up until she found me the perfect house. She must have shown me more than 100 homes. If I were her I would have given up on me long ago but not Jackie. I am not talking about a million dollar house either. The asking price of the house I purchased was only $159K. Jackie went back and forth with the selling agent with pricing until we struck a deal. I think she was more surprised than I was that the 2 year hunt was finally over for us. She took care of everything for me, suggesting and ordering a home inspection, pest inspection, talking to my lender etc. She came to closing, helped me with moving, turning on the electric and gas and has called me several times to be sure my daughter and I are happy. I have never encountered anyone in the service industry that has her level of customer service skills or customer satisfaction. She is a true asset to her industry and company. I have told everyone what a great experience I had with Jackie.
