MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
Thanks for checking me out! I am a mortgage advisor with PHH Mortgage Company (DIRECT LENDER not BROKER) and I primarily work with realtors from Florence, SC to Fayetteville, NC and all points in between. I live in Laurinburg, NC with my wife and 2 children and one spoiled English Springer Spaniel.
I was born in Savannah, GA and grew up in Walterboro, SC. I have a degree in Business Administration with a Computer Science Option (back when we programmed with punch cards right before the Radio Shack's TR 80 micro computer came out!) from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. After a 20 yr rewarding, but frustrating career in manufacturing, a cousin talked me into getting into the mortgage banking 4.5 years ago and this has been a perfect fit for me. I love my job and my company and have made a lot of people happy in either refinancing their homes or in purchasing their homes. Treating people the way that I would want to be treated is mine and my company's goal. Treating people like family!

BRIEF COMPANY HISTORY
The company was originally founded in 1946 by Duane Peterson, Harley Howell, and Richard Heather, PHH Corporation began by creating the industry's first financial lease program, and continues to be an innovation leader.
PHH Mortgage (formerly Cendant Mortgage) provides private-label mortgage financing through other financial institutions and real estate brokers. A top US retail originator of residential mortgages. It operates nationwide. PHH Mortgage and its parent company, PHH Corporation, in 2005 were spun off from what was then Cendant; that company in 2006 spun off its real estate operations as Realogy and became known as Avis Budget Group. General Electric is buying PHH Corporation, but will sell PHH Mortgage to Blackstone Group once the initial transaction is complete.

We are a mortgage company that was designed by real estate professionals and we know what you demand and expect. Quick answers to your questions up until 9PM M-F, 7PM Saturday - Sunday with quick solid pre-approvals and smooth and easy closings. We follow-up with any qualified leads keeping them engaged for you in case you have given up on them! I've seen referrals close that were in our pipeline for a year!
In addition, we have the strongest guaranties in the business with our same day decision guaranty up until 9PM M-F and 7PM on Saturday or we'll pay the borrower $250. Also, we guaranty that we will not miss our stated closing date or we will reduce their rate by 1/8% for the life of the loan. And, after we close, if your borrowers were not satisfied with our service in our surveys that we send out, we will pay them $200. We are good and we know it and if you will try us, you will believe me!
The way I work is by partnering with realtors and I try to help them prospect and close because I know how hard their job really is. Many don't make it in this business and I want the agents I serve to make it and really prosper.
