Hi. We're Les and Leslie Prest. (Actually, it's Leslie and Leslie- I almost didn't marry him over that). We've been in Payson for over 15 yrs. We've raised two sons here, and it's been nice to raise them in a small town.
We really love Payson. At 5,000 ft.in elevation the sky is blue, the clouds are close, the air is cool (sometimes downright cold!), the traffic is light, the pace of life is more "laid-back". Payson has grown tremendously since we came here, the population has almost doubled. But we still run into friends all over town, and it still has that "small town" feel.

Our web sites are major assets. http://www.RentInPayson.com is our rental site. We are the only company in town that regularly puts our rentals online, as well as our tenant applications and other rental information. We often get inquiries about rentals from all over the U.S., and have even leased properties long distance, "subject to inspection", so that people moving to Payson were all set up before they even got here. We have recently added http://www.BuyInPayson.com as a Sales page, with information for Buyers and Sellers, and a very functional MLS search.
