Hi, my name is Lourdes Mendoza.  I was raised in Marysville, CA by my parents Nestor and Maria.  I enjoyed sharing a home with an older brother and three younger sisters.  Growing up in Linda was an important time in my life.  This small, rural community as Linda was back then, shaped my dreams and aspirations to obtain a higher education. 

After graduating from Lindhurst High School, I attended CSU, Sacramento (CSUS). While at CSUS, I quickly discovered the rest of the world.  I became fascinated with traveling and completed a year studying abroad in Uppsala, Sweden.  Although I cherish my travels in Europe, Russia and Mexico, I recognize the importance of returning to my point of origin as a contributing member of society. 

Therefore, after many years of living and working in Sacramento, I returned to the not so small, not so rural town of Linda and rapidly integrated to a growing and developing Yuba County.  I take pleasure in serving everyone of my clients as a resource and referral center when it comes to their Real Estate needs.  I also take pride in delivering excellent quality service in both English and Spanish, and all with a smile.

As a long time resident of Yuba County, I specialize in the following areas:  Marysville, Linda, Olivehurst, Plumas Lake, and Yuba City. 

And as a long time resident of Sacramento County, I also especialize in Sacramento, Elk Grove,  and Woodland.

As a fluent Spanish speaker, I also serve the Spanish speaking community, and can hopefully soon also serve the Swedish community, (well, maybe not so soon).
