Originally licensed in 1996, I began my real estate career in the Tampa/Pinellas County Florida area working under one of the larger brokers in the area. Home buyers were my primary focus at the time. 

My family and I relocated to the Gainesville/High Springs area in 2004 and I began working with a nationally franchised real estate brokerage. There I began working with both buyers and sellers. Because of my experience there, I decided to branch out on my own so I could offer choices that I felt both buyers and sellers deserved in today's real estate market.

So, in the fall of 2005, I opened my own independently owned and operated real estate brokerage.  We offer a menu of services to each prospective seller who work with Smart Choice Realty Corp. Menu options range from multiple listing entry-service-only to full service, property management, foreclosure and preforeclosures, and referral services.

We also have a staff of licensed professionals expertly trained to assist our buyers with purchases in today's rapidly changing market. There are great deals on the market now for those who have been waiting for just the right time to make their move.

At our office we are professionals, as you would expect from any licensed real estate salesperson, but with that extra bit of flexibility to make things happen for the real estate customers we serve.

While my office is located in Gainesville, we also enjoy working in the rural areas that surround Alachua County.  I also work in neighboring Gilchrist and Levy Counties.  My office is experienced in single family resales, new home construction, condo sales, and rural land and large acreage sales.
