Occupied Home Staging Services:

We will use what the Homeowner already has to create an irresistible home that buyers will fall in love with!

• Pre-Listing Consultation (A Great Service for Realtors!)
• Comprehensive Consultation with Written Evaluation & Action Plan (Excellent choice for the motivated Homeowner who prefers to do the work themselves.
• Working Consultation (Our Design Team and the Homeowner working together)
• Home Staging by the Hour OR Square Footage of the Home (Our Design Team will do all of the work) Includes "before" and "after" photos that can be used in the marketing of the home!

Vacant Home Staging:

•  We will stage the "Key" rooms, or the entire house!  We will recommend the ideal, but the Homeowner decides the practical. (Furniture and accessories billed on a monthly basis)
