Commercial and Residential Sales are a specialty for me. I have managed and owned an Apartment Complex for over the past eight years, along with several single commercial units.  I have been involved with shopping center site selections, construction, and leasing.  My knowledge is broad and extensive in the overall process of real estate development with an abundant list of contacts throughout the state of Louisiana, and the Southern Region of the United States, such as Louisiana, Mississippi, East Texas, Alabama, and Florida. I also have knowledge and contacts for 1031 exchange. 

 Currently, I am furthering my extensive education by taking classes with some of the most premier commerical agents, bankers, and investors in the world. The CCIM institute of Learning teaches techniques in Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, and User Decision Analysis for the Commercial Industry. CCIM core classes are consistently rated as the most valuable commercial education in the industry.
