Originally from the Buffalo area of upstate New York, my family and I moved to North Carolina several years ago after spending 16 years in San Diego California raising my two children. We found the Raleigh area to be a more affordable place to live as well as being a growing, thriving community.

As a registered nurse for many years,  my career always involved taking care of people.  My passion for real estate evolved into owning and managing rental properties while we lived in California and then into helping other people find a home and sell their present home here in North Carolina when I earned my real estate license.

While traveling I love to check out the local markets and houses in different areas of the country.  Not only is it interesting, but it gives me a background of what my clients from other states have come from and what type of homes they are used to being able to buy and at what price.

As a resident of the Apex/ Cary area, I know the Triangle well.   In addition to knowing the neighborhoods, I keep abreast of the new housing construction constantly being built.  I can also provide information relating to schools, shopping, employment, and other issues that will help a buyer or seller make their decision in choosing the right area and home to settle in.

I also help investors looking for fixer uppers, rental property, and land.
