I was born in Miami Beach, Florida and lived steps from the beach most of my life.  I have been married to a wonderful man Randy for over 15 years and have 2 young school aged boys. I am active in community: PTO and sports programs.

I graduated from University of Buffalo in Mechanical Engineering Science in Buffalo, NY.  MY education has allowed me the opportunity to learn quickly -I am a very detailed orientated professional with a true love for life and people.

I began my career in Real Estate in 2003 -really as a way to meet new people and keep busy.  I found that I absolutely loved meeting and helping people achieve their dream of either that: waterfront property, cottage by the beach, investment opportunity, or just that warm place in the sun.  I am a top producer with extensive knowledge of the local market, 2004 rookie of the year, 2005 top sales agent and Named one of Sarasota's Five Star Real Estate Agents for 2006 in the Sarasota Magazine "Sarasota Best in Client Satisfaction".

I specialize in waterfront properties, investment property, beach homes, island homes and Island Commercial Real Estate.  My area of expertise would be in Anna Maria Island, Perico Bay, Longboat Key and waterfront areas of Bradenton which include Palma Sola Bay, Warners Bayou(West and East) and the Manatee River.
