In 2002, Mark graduated from the University of Central Florida’s College of Business Administration.  Majoring in Finance, with a real estate focus, Mark studied several aspects of real estate including Real Estate Law, Real Estate Investment Analysis, Real Estate Appraisal, and Real Estate Finance. 

While attending college, Mark joined MLS By Owner Realty, Inc., a start-up “discount” real estate company.  Mark was the first Salesperson for the new company which is now one of the most successful “discount” real estate companies in Central Florida.   

Upon graduating from UCF Mark moved back to Fort Myers to start List In MLS Realty, LLC.  He became licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker in October of 2003 and has been the owner and operating broker of List In MLS Realty, LLC since November 2003.   

As of February 2006, List In MLS Realty, LLC has listed over $44,000,000 worth of Southwest Florida Real Estate and saved sellers over of $1,500,000 in real estate commissions.   

Mark is a member of the Greater Fort Myers & the Beach Association of Realtors® (GFMB), the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association (ORRA), Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Greater Fort Myers & the Beach MLS, and Mid Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS).
