After nearly a decade as a Realtor, I began my own brokerage in 2008. 

My committment to my clients is to be honest and direct and direct with them.  They know that my goal is to create lasting relationships and be a resource of information.   My marketing techniques for the sale of their home are intended to sell the home not just to promote me or my brokerage, and I negotiate powerfully everytime on their behalf.

I spent two years with Tom Ferry at yourcoach.com and had the good fortune to coach other agents across the country to help them grow and develop their own real estate practices.

I'm also a wife and mother to 3 great kids.  I try to balance all their activies and interests, with my career.  Challenging but worth it.  We love to ski and get up to Mammoth as often as we can during the ski season.

I work primarily in South Orange County California which includes the following cities - Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Trabuco Canyon, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Talega and Dana Point.  My blog, OCRealEstateVoice.com, was created to provide buyers and sellers looking for homes or market information in South Orange County.

I specialize in internet marketing, property positioning, investment analysis, long term strategic planning for personal real estate purchases or sales, and powerful negotiation.

I'm also passionate about helping sellers that have not  yet met with success in the sale of their home.  In 2008, I launched a site that aimed to assist sellers in figuring out how to get their home sold: WhyDidntMyHomeSell.com.  The site is not geographically based and can assist sellers in any location with tips on agent selection, cooperative selling, staging, pricing, marketing that works, and negotiating strategies.

Anyone considering hiring a Realtor should ask to speak with the last 3 people they closed a transaction with so that they may get an idea of the consistentcy of performance.  I am always open to that, and actually encourage it.  But here are some of the kind words shared about me in recent years:
