Hi my name is Linda and I am a newbie to Active Rain. I am very happily married to my true soulmate and best friend Larry. I have been selling real estate since Feb of 2004. prior to that I was a paralegal for a Atty in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. I enjoy meeting people and helping them fulfill the lifetime dream of home ownership. With a great deal of knowledge with contract law, I find it easy to protect my customers against loss due to oversights while not pretenting to be a legal advisor. I pride myself on being a honest and trustworthy person while guarding my heart against false pride that has a tendency to show up in all of us at one time or another.
I have 4 children Joshua is the newest addition to our family He and Tina were married on December 27, 2007 in Rimersburg, Pa. (Okay guys its been almost a year now, where's the grandkids hehe), Thomas and Steven.
I have enclosed a picture of me and my two doggies, Ben is a german shepard, chow mix and pip-squeak is a long haired Chihuahua. They are so cute together Ben is truly very gentle (hense the name Gentle Ben) they love to play together and are a real hoot to watch.

Graduated 2004 from Central Florida Community College with a degree in Para-legal Studies. Was elected Phi-Theta Kappa member in 2002 with a 4.0 average. Obtained my GRI designation from the Greater Realtor Institute of America. Was given the Lead Ship award from Purdential Realty in 2004 and joined the Million Dollar Producer Club 4 months after becoming a Realtor.
