About Us:

I have lived in the triangle area since I was a young child and I love it!  I grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and have lived in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs and now Wake Forest.  I have a master's degree in counseling, which has come in very handy in the real estate business!  I decided to go into real estate because I wanted people to have an excellent experience when buying or selling their home.  

 For buyers, I offer one percent of the purchase price of your new home back at closing provided the rebate is disclosed to your lender and accounted for on the HUD-1 closing statement.  I believe that buying a home is one of the most challenging experiences that a person will face, I hope to provide the kind of support that buyer's need in this process.

 For sellers, I list homes for a total of 3.4 percent, with 1 percent coming to me and 2.4 percent going to the buyer's agent.  I provide all of the same services as full service brokers, just at a lower price!
