As a graduate of Chico State University, Lee McLeod studied Psychology with an emphasis in Social Psychology and received a Bachelors of Arts in this field of study. A licensed Realtor® since 1994, Lee has worked full time with large franchise offices and small private brokerages. As a Broker/Owner she believes in staying current on all legal and industry related issues and regularly attends continuing education classes including topics on facilitation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, procuring cause, ethics and professional standards as well as professional growth classes and industry related conferences.
Lee is an active member of the local Association of Realtors, having served on numerous committees and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1995; most recently serving as the 2007 President of the Tehama County Association of Realtors. She is a member of the California and National Association of Realtors; and is a "Golden R" by supporting political issues that serve to protect private property owner's rights. Consistently, each year Lee produces Multi-Million Dollars in sales; and has been recognized in the years 2000, 2003 and 2004 with the prestigious award of Realtor® of the Year.
Lee is a lifelong resident of Tehama County, is very familiar with the greater north state area, Tehama County, and all that it has to offer. Lee offers full time dedication to her clients while providing confidential and professional service. By being a United County partner Lee's office is able to provide the support and value of a national franchise office while maintaining the personal service that is the core of this business.
Other interests include continuous involvement with a variety of local youth activities and the American Cancer Society fundraisers. She also has a seat on the Advisory Council for St. Elizabeth Hospital/CHW in Red Bluff.
