I specialize in conforming and sub-prime residential loans and can process FHA and VA as well. A few available add-ons to processing are: complete and send out disclosures, stack the file for QC review, and sending the file back to you or a corporate office either as a hard copy or electronically. As time allows, I am also willing to negotiate additional duties that will allow me to better assist you in your success.

I am a licensed and bonded mortgage broker and loan officer in the state of Washington. I also have had a WA Real Estate license for just over ten years, though it is currently inactive.  I am a member of Ethical Lending Foundation and keep abreast of the WA Mortgage Broker's Commission Meetings, as well as attend the various continuing education classes required for my licenses. I have been in the financial industry for 16 years including the last 11 years as a loan processor. I have a BA degree from Eastern Washington University in English with a minor in Psychology.

I enjoy volunteering and helping others in my local community, Spokane, WA. I am an active member of the Junior League of Spokane and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Spokane. Both of these organizations have also allowed me to learn about and volunteer time to other worthwhile organizations in Spokane as well. I am also on the executive board of the Mead Co-op (where my daughter attends) and enjoy volunteering at my son's preschool!
