I am the founder and owner of Portia Financial Services, Inc. in Bellevue Washintgton.  We have been in business for over 14 years.  I take a very serious approach to mortgage originating and pleasing our clients.  I go through the clients finances and goals with them to make sure we obtain the best mortgage program to fit their needs.  I have had many positive comments about this as well as referrals from my clients to their friends and families. 

I am very honest, and caring and would never gouge anyone, even a hard money client.  I have worked in the credit industry since I was 18 so I am very familiar with credit reports, scoring and rapid rescore.  If your client needs help with their score, I can certainly advise them how to raise it. 

I am hard working and love what I do - help people meet and exceed their goals and dreams.

I am an expert in all phases of mortgage lending.  I can offer 100% financing for 1st time homebuyers under My Community (fannie mae) and Home possible (freddi mac).  I take a very good look at my client's finances.    I recently met a first time homebuyer who had a lot of debt and a 65% back end ratio.  He purchased a Condominium in Shoreline and at closing he paid a total of $35.00.  Then, about 1 month after closing, we consolidated all of his debt with a 125% 2nd mortgage.  His cash flow improved to a 42% debt to income ratio.  AND, that condo after 4 months is worth almost $30,000.00 more!  He is very happy!  

I have a program that will allow the seller to pay up to 6 mortgage payments at closing.  So if there is a listing that needs to get sold, this is a great tool to do it, and the new buyer is loving it!  We closed a house for a lady a few months ago who was near foreclosure with this product.

I have many more success stories.  What I am trying to say is each client is unique in their own way and I have been around for so long that I can usually find a way to make things work.  I offer very fair and competitive interest rates, an honest disclosure and accounting of what's happening with rates and our market place.  And I LOVE what I do, I find it fascinating and fun and I just love it when our clients reach or even succed on a goal we set forth for them.  I will work hard for you!
