As a Realtor, I have to say that my first love is first time home buyers.  Looking back, I can now see how much we weren't told and didn't understand when we bought our home.  My goal is to ensure that the process of buying a home, whether it is your first, second, etc. is  not only a smooth and enjoyable process, but that it is educational as well.  I like to make sure my clients have full disclosure and understanding every step of the way.  I would not say that I specialize in any one field although the majority of my work is residential.  I have a strong track record with both my buyers and sellers, both in town and out.  I consistently attend meetings and seminars so as to stay on top of the market.  I also attend many classes regarding new technology which allows me to employ a mix of both traditional and cutting edge marketing.
