Renee remembers driving past the Rhodes Ranch area in the late 90's as it was being developed and wondered "who would want to live out there?"  Well back in 2000, only 913 people resided in zip code 89148. In 2006, the population in 89148 expanded to a whopping 36,536 residents!  Obviously someone wanted to move out there and that includes Renee's family!
