I am  a full time real estate agent with the Mel Foster Co., in Sterling, Il. We are a local  real estate company of about 300 agents, serving Western Iowa, and Eastern Illinois.

The town's that I mainly work in are Sterling,Il., Rock Falls,Il., Dixon, Il., and Morrison, Il.,  Sterling and Rock Falls, are sister cities, seperated by the Rock River, with Dixon, and Morrison located 15 miles in each direction East, and West, respectivly. These are four of the larger towns, in the two counties, Whiteside, and Lee that I work in. This is a rural farming community, located in Northwestern Illinois, also known as the Sauk Valley, named after the Sauk indian tribe that lived in the area many many years ago.

The towns themselves, are considered small by some standards, but being a farming community means that there is a large population living out of the city limits. Also scattered throughout the rural country side are other smaller towns, and villages with populations as amall as 200-300 people.

We couldn't have asked for an easier first time home buyng experience. Larry was willing to do anything we needed at anytime. Setting up all the inspections, and dealing with the other agents. All the servics rendered were excellent!
