I am a people person.  I spent 34 years selling professionally to the medical community. I know the technical side of real estate as well as the practical side.  I believe in the ethics we subscribe to and promote them in a very positive manner.  As a broker I have had the oppurtunity to sponsor agents as well as assisting the opening of a new real estate business.  I have sold residential, farms, ranches, lake resorts, and property management.  My goal with any client is their satisfaction!

I specialize in the farm, acreage, and ranch properties.  I enjoy assisting families relocating to Lindale and East Texas.  Living in a gated community I have the experience with the retired section of our society.  There is a thrill working with families and individuals who are very enthused about their needs for property whether it be acreage or homes on acreage.  Though living in a gated community now, I have experience with livestock, both horses, cattle, 4H animals or etc.  I am able to give clients the benefit of the doubt when it comes to what they will need and how to go about getting what they need.  My website www.larrydumas.com has a vast amount of information about this area and a way to search for properties.  Numerous agents love to list acreage but do not want to get off the pavement to actually show the property.  I do and truly love!  I have the experience and the 100% desire to fill a wish that my customers have.  I can and do make the difference.
