Hi. My name is Debra A Brooks and I live in the Piney Woods of Texas along the banks of the great Lake Livingston and the Trinity River.

My home town and home base is Huntsville, Texas in Walker County. I am just minutes from the water! 

Working the Lake Livingston Real Estate Market is sometimes overwhelming. The beauty and wildlife in our area is bountiful. The Lake Livingston Area is gorgeous with blue waters and tall pines and cool breezes off the water.

Not your every day experience!

I just wanted everyone to know about my experience with Brooks Prime Properties. My husband and I met with quite a few realtors and never met one such as Debra Brooks. Because of her caring demeanor we decided to stay with her all the way, until we found that special home for us. She was so pleasant to work with. She has a great personality and is a very determined individual to find you the home you describe to her. She kept in constant contact with us when she'd find more places for us to look at. She never showed frustration of seeing home after home. I'm a very picky person, needless to say. Instead she always stayed upbeat and positive.
