I am an IRIS-Certified Interior Redesigner; an SDP-Certified Interior Redesigner and Real Estate Stager. Although I do Redesign, Color Consultations and Interior Decorating Services, my business is primarily Real Estate Staging. When a client engages my services, I consider it a trust to keep--striving to give the homeowner more than expected. When brought in by a real estate agent, I consider it a partnership. We, along with the homeowner, share a common goal: Sell the house quickly for top dollar! My track record of quick sales for that top dollar is a validation of the process of Real Estate Staging. Many of the homes I have staged have sold in less than 60 days--some in less than 10 days; several for full price!

I love what I do. I love being able to help my homeowners sell their homes, able to move on to the next chapter in their lives. I offer Home Staging for occupied homes (using their present furnishings) as well as for vacant homes (furnishings supplied from my inventory).

Having sold our home of over 19 years and downsizing, I understand the homeowners who are ready to sell a home and move on to a smaller one with perhaps less maintenance, etc. Because of my training in redesign (using what the homeowner has), I am able to integrate new, updated elements into a sellers' existing furnishings.  Servicing contractors in new construction, I assist in color, fixture and surface selections as well as providing furnishings for model homes.

Preparing the home for its all important "debut" and getting it on the market as soon as possible is crucial in this market! Home Staging makes that necessary emotional connection with buyers to invite a viable offer! As an added bonus, I offer Open House Preparation with all of my Stagings at no extra charge.
