Kathy graduated from Clemson University in 1994 with a degree in Economics, a Minor in Marketing and a concentration in Real Estate. She then went to work for a stock brokerage firm as a licensed stock broker. Kathy quickly realized that it was a very transactional based business versus relationship based. Kathy went to work in the life insurance business helping families plan for their financial future. A friend recommended that Kathy look in the the mortgage industry. She did and love it. Kathy says, "There is nothing more rewarding than helping families buy the home of their dreams."
When asked out she describes herself, she says, "I am a Mortgage Consultant. Purchase or building a new home is the single largest investment that most people will make in their lives. They should have someone that is going to look at their situation as more important than just another transaction. Each situation is different and clients deserve to have loans custom designed to suit their needs. I want my clients to have such as fantastic experience, that they become Clients for Life."
During Kathy's 10 year career in the mortgage industry, Kathy has closed more than $250 Million Dollars in loan volume. She has seen a variety of financial scenarios and situations and is able to tailor a program to suit the needs of her customers.
