I am a Broker with Coldwell Banker.  I am a third generation Colorado native and have extensive knowledge of the Front Range.  

My background in real estate began in the appraisal field.  I am a Certified Residential Appraiser with experience all along the Front Range.  My skill set in valuation and data analysis is something that many Brokers do not possess.  It is always nice as either a buyer or a seller to have an inside track as to what the appraised value means and how to use that information to better your interests.
