Tulsa Realtor - Who's the Best?

We are definitely qualified to say who is the best when it comes to a Tulsa realtor. We have been using some over the past few months in our own personal home buying adventure. I am sure there are many good ones in the Tulsa area but I will let experience speak for itself here..

I will not mention all of the ones we called, talked to and even spent time with looking at properties and houses since you are here to find the best not to find out who is NOT the best.

I must tell you that we are extremely picky home buyers.. we know what we want and we lay it out plainly for the realtor before attempting to go look at anything.

It really irritates us when a realtor tries to change our mind or acts as if we reallly do not know what we want.

My wife and I know exactly what we want and we may even change our minds mid stream but we want to do that on our own without any help from the realtor.

A Tulsa realtor in my mind has one job or duty.. to show us the type of home or property we are looking for and to advise us in what to do to best benefit our family as far as the paperwork and logistics of buying a home.

After trying several, I have to say that the folks at Keller-Williams have been above and beyond what we were looking for in a Tulsa realty agency and they thought enough to send their best.

Karla Olson of Keller-Williams went overboard showing us the houses we requested and never once tried to deviate from what we wanted. She was always able to somehow squeeze in time to show us what we were looking for and was extremely understanding when we suddenly changed our mind about something.

I am not getting paid to say that.. I recommend them highly and be sure to ask for Karla personally if possible.
