About Us:

I am fairly new to the mortgage industry however I love my career.  I enjoy working with people but more importantly, I take pleasure in helping people.  I have been working in the professional business world for about 13 years and have now realized that I want to work directly with my customers to help them achieve their personal financial goals.

 

I spend a great deal of time with my customers to insure they understand each decision they make.  My customers leave the closing table without any unexpected surprises which allows them to focus on the excitement of the new home they have just purchased!

 

I grew up in Algiers and graduated from Ursuline Academy High School in New Orleans.  I received a Bachelors of Science in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.  I look forward to helping make your dream of homeownership come true!

I assist all individuals looking to purchase or refinance a home.   At Cedotal Mortgage Company, we work with a number of lenders that offer a variety of programs to assist different types of customers, from those with great credit to those with poor credit.  Our lenders allow down to a 620 credit score and we can even help those with stated income or those whom are self employed.

 

First time home buyers are my favorite customers!  I understand that a first time purchase has serious financial and emotional implications and I provide straightforward service to my customers.  I am available 24-hours-a-day on my cell phone before and AFTER the sale!
