Our specialty is ethics and communication, whether it be an in-depth inspection for a prospective buyer, or assisting in resolution of disputes.  This is accomplished by having extensive training as a journey carpenter, contractor, inspector, building official, business owner, professional speaker and trainer. 10 years of municipal building department management (8 of which was also as a private contractor for FHA/VA/Mtg. and draw companies)  after almost 10 years of construction experience led to the last 10 years of running a top notch inspection firm.
