THE CULTURE OF THE COMPANY I CHOSE TO WORK WITH:
We, at RE/MAX Santa Barbara, believe in "giving back" to the community and to that end we are involved with Children's Miracle Network, we have founded a Diversity Outreach Organization and involved many other professional groups and individuals. This group has aided many elementary through high school students...from funding science camp and math camp attendance to purchasing playground equipment for kindergarten kids; from gang intervention programs to individual mentor programs. With us, Community counts!
MY COMMITMENT:
I believe housing is first about the people; the relationships, client needs and concerns...and then about the properties and transactions. Relationships are the bottom line. That's why my business has been referral based for years. I am passionate about service and consistent with communication using the methods the clients prefer most.
We set the communication "plan" up at the very beginning and go from there. Clients know when I will contact them for updates or feedback, they know how I will contact them too (e-mail, phone calls, visits, whatever we decide at the beginning). I believe in setting up clear expectations for all of my clients so they know what I will be doing and when I will be doing it. They know what they need to do and by what date that should be done We plan these things together so my clients are have an understanding of and are comfortable with whatever plan is implemented for their home search or for the sale of their property.
I stay up to date on the market conditions and lending conditions in Santa Barbara, Goleta and Carpinteria; I am informed and keep my clients informed so they can make sound decisions.
I believe in agent to agent follow up whether it's regarding referrals, showings or transactions, currently in escrow.
I believe in getting help, right away, if something crops up that is unfamiliar...even if it's just to verify that things are moving forward as they should.
Last but not least, we have fun! Making home changes should be fun. It can be awesome adventure!
