I, Russ Kirk, started this company with my partner Shannon Wright.  My background in sales, human resources, and customer service has been a perfect fit with Shannon.  She has over 10 years of experience in property management and real estate sales.  Shannon is the broker for Kirk Realty Group, and we work as a team.  Our company is continuing to grow, and we are looking to add more agents soon.

Kirk Realty group specializes in home buyers and sellers in the residential market.   We are located in Fishers, IN, which is in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.  We are interested in clients at all levels.  With Shannon's background in property management, we are also able to work with investors who would like for us to manage their property after we help them find the perfect property for them.  We look forward to working with anyone and giving every person the attention they deserve. 

I knew that Mr. Russ Kirk of Kirk Realty  had opened a real estate brokerage .  So when an opportunity on a foreclosed home in my town became available I called him to see if he could help me acquire this property, even though it wasn't in his immediate territory.  Mr. Kirk was more than happy to represent me and my interest in acquiring this property for an investment.   However, this house turned out to be a good investment for me to plan to live in.  This all began as the housing market was in major turmoil and I was having difficulties getting financing as restrictions on buying an investment property and obtaining a re-hab loan were getting tougher.

Mr. Kirk, using his various real estate connections,  then recommend a Mortgage broker who was able to acquire financing for me that I couldn't get through a local bank.  While this too took some time and had it's share of problems Mr. Kirk was in contact with me and the mortgage broker often, to help ensure my questions were being answered and to make sure my interests were being protected through out this transaction.  Complications also arose with the other realty company that was handling this property and only through Mr. Kirks' diligence with them assured me that this deal was staying on track.

On the day of the closing yet another complication came up because the title company had an issue with the seller's wording and was refusing to pay the amount of closing costs that they had  agreed to pay.  As the deal began to fall through Mr. Kirk discussed the situation with both the mobile closer and realty company and urged them to work this out or they may loose the whole deal.  Mr. Kirk worked with all sides of this deal while always ensuring me that he was protecting my interests.  After some time the other parties work out the issue with the title company and the seller agreed to the original deal and we were able to close on the house.

Mr. Kirk offers honesty, integrity, and sense of dedication that you know he will make sure you get the deal you want and will fight for the best deal possible.  Mr. Kirk is someone who you know will protect your interests and tell you if something doesn't seem right or if the deal is not worth it.  He is also someone who is very helpful, either by phone or email and makes sure you get answers to your questions. He also keeps you informed through out the whole transaction, so you know where things stand from time to time.  Mr. Kirk is completely involved in your acquisition and doesn't make you feel like you're last his client list, but first.  I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Kirk the next time I buy another property of any type, which I plan to do early next year, he is the type of Realtor you certainly want on your side.

We would like to say some kind words about Kirk Realty Group.  Susan and I looked at approximately 25 houses, and at times it was a stressful process.  The first house we found that we wanted was not at a price that we were willing to pay in this market.  We put an offer in, and the sellers would only take list price.  Russ went back to work immediately searching for more houses, and he never gave up.    We had a list of homes in our email the very next morning to look through.  Without going through all of the details, Russ remained very calm and professional throughout the process and helped lower our worries and stress level.  Our closing went smooth, and we appreciate the real class that Russ showed from the beginning of our search to the day we moved into our new home.
