   I started in the Real Estate Business working for a Company that combined a Mortgage Company, with a Real Estate Company that serviced all of Southern California. It was great place to get started and I was fortunate enough to be able to learn so much about what different Communities and Counties had to offer.

   As a Listing Agent, the Extensive Target Marketing Plan that is created gives a Homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for Thier property and achieve Their goal of SOLD. I am an e-PRO Certified Internet Professional and use that knowledge to help market listings. Over 86% of home buyers start their search on the Internet, some as early as six months before they are ready to make an offer.

   For Buyers, I help THEM define THEIR priorities and LISTEN to Their wants and needs, so we can find thier New Home or Investment Property with ease. Great service is always essential.

      Kim Becica was the RE/MAX agent we chose to sell our house in early August. Having already bought and sold five homes in the past 30 years , we have had our share of good and bad (sometimes, real bad) experiences with buying and selling agents.
