Your real estate transaction is a very big deal - both to you and to me.  Generally your home is your largest asset, and I'm here to protect it.  I was raised in a real estate family -- so, you could say I was born to do this.  That said, my path to a full-time career in real estate provides me with qualifications that are unique:

During my last year at the University of Texas and a few years after graduation, I was a television news producer and occasional personality for NBC in Austin.  From this, I learned the art of being decisive when time is of the essence.  I also learned what an incredible responsibility it is to provide information that people can trust. 

In 90s, I was president and CEO of thePerk.com - an online estate coffee exchange that connected disparate estates in Hawaii and elsewhere with consumers and businesses.  From this I learned how to raise money to support a staff and negotiate the very different goals of estate growers and farmers to those of the corporate buyer and consumer creating a win/win for all. 

Lastly, I was general manager of a global top 5 marketing firm in Austin.  During my tenure, I won the agency's Individual Excellence Award.  From this experience I learned many things: balance, the art of highly intelligent marketing (the company's founders are among the most well regarded in the business), and management under times of stress.  

In 2005, I was honored by the Williamson County Association of Realtors as being selected as their Marketing Chair - and nominated among their Realtors of the Year.  Additionally, I have been asked to serve on our Associate Leadership Council (market center board) for Keller Williams Round Rock for 2007.

About 60% of my business is from sellers and 40% from buyers (traditional and investors).  With my business and marketing background, my clients receive the highest level of service.  I am a strong and creative negotiator -- and work arduously to make the best deal possible for them.  With my background in marketing and technology, I leverage print, broadcast and Internet avenues with equal ability.  Each of my clients receives personalized service -- and my referral business has been phenomenal -- the finest compliment available.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your efforts.

I had quite a laundry list of expectations and you met them all! I could not have asked for anything more than you gave us. Your constant communication with us was much appreciated. We never had to guess what was going on with the viewings -- and the feedback from those looking helped us understand what needed to be done to sell the home.

On top of doing an outstanding job of marketing the home your compassion for our loss was obvious and Michael's mom has expressed her appreciation and satisfaction on the way you handled this sale.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you so very much for all of the hard work and effort you provided to David and I in the marketing and sale of our home at 206 E. Esparada. I have to say that you are truly an expert in your field and everything that you said would happen did. 

David and I knew that you would be our agent the moment that we interviewed you.  Your knowledge of the real estate field and your professionalism were evident from the moment we met you.  One of the things that impressed us the most was your knowledge of the Serenada area.  You knew exactly how to market our home. As we always have said, those who love Serenada - love Serenada. Your awesome personality was just icing on the cake.

Knowing that our house had been on the market for a lengthy period of time the prior year, you were very forthcoming and upfront about what we needed to do if we wanted to sell our house quickly. You were very easy to work with as we implemented many of your suggestions regarding upgrades, improvements, staging that we needed to do in order to get our house back on the market. What really impressed both David and I was your willingness to help us stage our home.  While most agents would have only given us advice about what we needed to do, you actually put your personal time and effort into helping us stage our home, all the way down to putting your own "sweat" into moving furniture with me, making flower arrangements, and buying a Metal Texas Star and Ferns to decorate the front of our home. You are truly a gem and you have a very unique talent of knowing what will work and what doesn't.  David and I both truly appreciated your honesty and integrity in marketing and selling our home.

Low and behold - we had a contract on our house within a couple of weeks of it being listed.  You knew that would happen - we were skeptical given the length of time it had been on the market when we listed it the first time.  I truly believe that your advice to us made the difference.  THANK YOU.

I must also mention that what should have been a very easy sale ended up having some surprise bumps and twists that affected both us as the sellers, as well as the buyers.  I truly appreciate the amount of time that you put into working with the lender, the underwriter, Title Company, sellers, and all other parties that you had to work with in order to get our home sale completed.  I do believe that had we have gone with a less experienced realtor, or one that didn't care as much as you did, the sale of our home may have collapsed with the potential for possible legal ramifications.  Only because of your efforts and the efforts of a highly reputable title company do I feel like we were able to get everything done as quickly as we did (even with the few delays we had).  I do believe that if you had not been our advocate and worked so hard for us, it may have taken us longer to sell our home.

I would highly recommend you to represent anyone who is looking to sell their home, or even if they were looking to buy a home as well.  It isn't often that you have someone represent you who you feel is truly working for you.  No matter how many other clients you had while you were working with us, I always felt like I was your only client because you were always there for us, both in the forefront and in the background.  THANK YOU. We truly appreciate all you have done for us.
