My wife, Cecelia and I will celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary on Aug 10th of 2007. We decided we would work well as a Real Estate Team. My background is in Sales and Investments. I spent most of my career in the Boston Office of Bear Stearns. My expertise has been in dealing with high net worth individuals and Real Estate fits well with my background.Cecelia in addition to raising our five children has found time to do volunteer work and her efforts have led her to being on the BOARD of TRUSTEES of a 500,000 member organization that covers Canada and the US. She is the former Chairperson of that Board of Trustees and is known nationally for her work with them. She brings style, orderliness and grace to our business as Realtors. We are most concerned about having our customers be satisfied and knowing they have been taken care of. We know how important it is that our customers know they are being listened to and we act accordingly. We are big believers in the power of the internet as well as the personal touch and we continue to educate ourselves in these areas. We live in Heron Creek, the Gated Golf Community in North Port, FL. We publish a monthly newsletter that reaches 700 families here. We recently started to solicit ads for our newsletter and currently have 10 advertisers. We are looking to add another 10. We have added the Talon Bay Community to our list. We are sending it to about 90 families there. We currently have 3 listing in Talon Bay and are looking to add to it.

We have spent our time building our business. We constantly add agents and brokers to our e-mail data base. We like paying out 25% of our checks to referring agents. We have always known if you keep doing the work, it will happen. It has been happening for us. We do what we say and say what we do. Our customers and referral agents are our business and we do our best to take good care of them.

We have become short sale experts. We have studied the problems and are willing to do what many agents won't do and understandably so. We don't mind work. People like being taken care of. It's a paperwork and telephone nightmare, A PERFECT SITUATION FOR US! We invite your questions. There are a lot of people that need our help and we are glad for the opportunity.

It seems like an eternity since we last saw each other.  Things have been very busy for us since we returned to Indiana at the end of March.  We were eating lunch today and Bruce Springsteen came on the music system playing "Dancing In The Dark".  I can only think of you guys every time I hear that song! 
 
I wanted to tell you just how much we appreciated everything you both did for us while selling our house.  As you know, we had interviewed another realtor the day before you came.  All we heard was doom and gloom from her and began wondering about selling.  We knew we wanted to sell, but didn't have to sell.  But the second you enetered our home our decision was made.  Not only were you the two most cheerful people we had met, but you were genuinely interested in our house and had nothing but praise for the house.  It was obvious how much you cared about a potential client and their home.  After all, it was our home, not just a house.  Through your persverance, patience, and diligent work you found the right buyer for our home.  We realize that selling a house in today's market is not an easy task and therefore wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything you did for us.  We have certainly told many people about Exit Realty and specifically the two of you.
