Because I have multiple streams of revenue and don't depend on just mortgages for my income, I can afford to give up more of my fees than other loan officers, saving the borrower thousands of dollars in closing costs, or helping them get an unbelievably low rate with normal closing costs.

90% of my business is repeat and referral because I try to under promise and over deliver.  Most of my past clients that have compared me to other loan officers have come back to me because of my experience and pricing.  When I work with a client, I am thinking about the long term relationship with them versus the short term profit.
