I am highly educated and versed in not only real estate, but many other areas, including investing, landscaping, remodeling, and entity formation. Technology is used extensively to improve my communication and conduct of business with clients. I do most all transactions paperless, so whether you are on vacation or at home, we can put together and deal. As far as communication, you will almost instantly receive a response when you contact me by email, txt msg, or phone, as long as I am not with another client or driving at that time. I communicate with my clients on a regular basis and keep them updated through out the process.
When a home owner requests my services, to list their home with me, it will be highly marketed where it counts. In researching home buyers, 80% start their search online. That is why I concentrate most my advertising online. My advertising campaign is all about finding BUYERS! Since most BUYERS start their search online, that is where I concentrate my marketing. Each home is placed on over 50 wesites, including Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo Real Estate, AOL Real Estate, and GoogleBase. It will also be a Featured Home on REALTOR.com, which can provide it 500% more viewings than other listings.
Since BUYERS are spending more time researching homes online, they are demanding more information. That is why I do the maximum number of pictures allowed everywhere I market. I also do a virtual tour of every home. The BUYERS want to have the facts up front before making the next move. My job is to get your home in front of the most Buyers possible and that is what I do.
Now for the BUYERS! What do I do for Buyers? It's more like what don't I do. I use technology and the internet to keep my buyers informed. I will do a Buyer consultation to find out where they are in the process, have they prequalified for a loan, and get an idea of what kind of home they are looking for. I really emphasis the importance of prequalifying and help them find a lender who fits their needs. This saves all of us a lot of time and lets us focus on our job of finding the right home. I set up my Buyers a person website that shows them the most recent listings that match their criteria. I call/email them on a regular schedule which is determined by their needs and where they are in the process. Once they are serious and have narrowed things down, we start the real search previewing homes. I walk them through the complete process to make sure it goes smooth and they get the home they want.
I am also a real estate investor involved with serveral entities which own property and other investments. I enjoy helping others and teaching them about real estate investing.
