Hello, my name is Todd Kepler, President and Owner of Kepler Companies, LLC.  I've been a licensed Mortgage Broker now for 6 years and have developed my niche in the market of investment property lending.  I find working with investors to be a very rewarding and challenging in this market.  I'm eager to help my client develop a plan for not only purchasing property today, but for years to come.  With my guidance I've been able to take clients from owning no property to owning dozens, all while maintaining positive cash flow. 

 I pride myself on being Honest, Trustworthy and Upfront.  I value my clients time as well as my own and strive to get transactions done quickly and efficiently while providing regular updates through my online tracking system.  This system allows the realtors, title companies, investors, buyers, appraisers and any other interested parties to access the loan status 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This system not only saves time and money, but it's an efficient way to keep everyone informed.

Over my 6 years in the business I've established myself as the invesment lending expert.  I help investors acquire rehab or foreclosure properties, typically with no money down.  We provide the financing for the rehab work and then provide signage and prequalify and fund your new buyers.  With our services you can also establish residuals in the form of Credit Repair clients.  We can rebuild the borrower scores and get their loan approved prior to the investor purchasing the rehab property, so once the rehab is complete your borrower is already in place. 

 Although our specialty is investment loans, we also provide financing for First Time Homebuyers loans, FHA, Jumbo and Conventional financing.  Our Commercial division just recently opened and has wonderful No Doc loans as well as No Ratio loans.  The commercial business is just now starting to take off and the products that we offer can really help a new comer to the commercial side of things establish a strong base.

Through our Credit Repair program we are able to take a subprime borrower and help them rebuild their credit into a A paper credit file.  We not only dispute negative items for you, but we also help with debt settlement negotiations.  Our credit repair program allows investors to register borrowers so when their credit repair is completed, the investor is contacted first so they can make the sale.
