About Us:

I am a civil law notary with extensive experience in loan document signings, including sales, refinances, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.  I have been a practicing Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public since 1995.

Communication is a key element in a successful document signing.  For loan document signings I will contact the borrowers to confirm the appointment, provide info on documents and/or funds required at closing, advise on the forms of identification needed by the borrowers, and make arrangements for the necessary witnesses to be present.  

I will communicate with the title company or signing service at each critical step in the signing process.  I will advise when the appointment is confirmed, when the loan documents are received, and on the status of the closing.

I treat the borrowers with courtesy and respect.  I guide them through the loan signing process and assist them in contacting their loan officer or title company with any questions they may have.  This process resolves almost all problems encountered during a loan signing and results in a successful signing.
