Despite having lived in the Kansas City metro area in the past, we were surprised to see how much had changed when we decided to return in early 2005. One of our first major decisions, and quite possibly one of the most important, involved selecting Ken Jansen to represent us as we searched for a home. Throughout our very first conversation with Ken, my wife and I got the feeling that he was sincerely interested in working on our behalf and would listen intently even when we seemed to ramble senselessly. After ironing out the preliminary details we decided it was time to look at several potential houses.
Understanding that we had both recently started new jobs, Ken worked hard to setup appointments that fit within our busy schedule.
