My current passion is working with seniors to help them obtain a Reverse Mortgage.  FHA's Reverse Mortgages for Seniors is a Hud program, known as HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage), a Federally Regulated and Government insured program designed for seniors age 62 and over.
