My name is Kelly St. Germain. I founded my company, Build a Pipeline, several years ago in an effort help real estate agents and mortgage professionals attract and cultivate leads and close more transactions. Several years ago, my efforts were geared toward off-line marketing (print ads in local magazines, newspaper press releases, and manual 'drip' newsletter campaigns etc...) Internet marketing was just beginning to catch on and I began to shift my business development focus to keywords, pay per clicks, and email autoresponders. Now, with Web 2.0, old business development techniques are obsolete and I am commited to conquering this new landscape for the benefit of our industry.
Currently, I am working in tandem with my clients to master the new web 2.0 landscape, continue to develop real estate business and... uncover new business opportunities for real estate professionals. Optimizing search engines, leveraging social media communities, monetizing blogging efforts, building blogs, producing web videos: to compete in this market will require comprehensive knowledge of these terms and my job is to keep my clients informed.
Since the late-1990s, I have been involved in numerous efforts to bring forth technical innovation through off-line and online business models. Past projects have included Home Buyer Seminars, Real Estate Seminars, listing coordination services, joint lead generation systems, referral based lead systems, business development optimization, blogging, real estate assistant training.
On a personal note, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, am a wife and mother of 3 amazing kids. Educated at the University of Pittsburgh, I have two bachelors degrees: Business Administration and Communications. I love anything related to technology and my kids (2 teens) force me to stay on top of it!
